It's a SALE weekend here at Knit Happens

That’s right, I said a SALE! You know, with all this Fall yarn coming into the shop (27 boxes of it from one distributor – just this week!), I am in dire need to make room for it all – so, what better way to do that than with a sale?!

Starting at opening tomorrow, Saturday, 9/29, and continuing through close of business Sunday, 9/30, we will be marking down all of our Summer yarn, back issues of magazines, books, knitting bags – and even a few of our favorites for Fall! We’ll be pricing them anywhere from 25% to 90% off!
Want to know exactly what will be on sale? You’ll have to come in this weekend to see… Trust me, you won’t be disappointed. We hope to see you this weekend!!

New Books and Notions, too!

That’s right, we’ve just gotten in the new Fall books from Tahki/Stacy Charles! (No Fall yarn yet, though…) Just the thing to get y’all in the mood to start thinking about that Fall knitting.

From the top left: Natural Landscape covers their Terra Collection yarn (Lana, Montero, and Rio). Lots of big, warm sweaters and accessories that knit up in no time! Modern Living covers the S Charles Collezione yarns with lots of great retro-modern sweaters to enhance any work wardrobe. Book Smart covers the Tahki Tweed collection – probably the most diverse collection I’ve seen in awhile. An added bonus? All of the patterns are named after books! Modern Romance covers the more luxurious yarns in the Tahki line (Dove, Truffles, and Savoy). Cute and romantic is the best way to describe the patterns in there. :)

Also in? Notions! I know – it’s seemed like forever since we last got them in, but I can assure you that we are fully stocked again! I mean, just look at that full notions-y goodness. Also in, a full stock of the Brittany 10″ and 14″ single points as well as the 7.5″ DPNs. (Yes, I did go a little nuts while placing that order. But only in the very best of ways, yes?)
